Summary: Room is tired, service is terrible. The flush in the bathroom would not work so had to bring the maintenance man to “fix “ this happened the whole duration of our stay, they wouldn’t change us room when they told us they would . Calling room service when you only speak English starts with everyone just closing the phone on you . They don’t have the facility for an iron , after requesting one for over 2 hours being told that they will bring me one I find out that you need to go down two floors and use a communial iron . This is the service for $400 a night . So disappointing

Summary: Front desk staff was awesome. Property worn down, rooms run down. Front staff excellent. Breakfast not served until 730. Had early flight couldn’t even get coffee

Summary: I would never choose to stay anywhere else in Eilat. If you ever close your eyes and dream of the perfect vacation a d the perfect hotel, then Herods Palace is that place! Hard to imagine something better. Eilat plus Herods equal perfect vacation. Almost anything i could say would not be enough or do it justice so I hope the 2 key words - perfect vacation- would convince anyone to give it a try!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, although I would recommend that you improve the quality of the front desk staff. They try to help, but they are not always knowledgeable.
